Good Fruit Coffee (“we,” “us”) operates goodfruitcoffee.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When you request catering or join our email list, we collect what you share with us: your name, email, phone number, and event details. Our website does not require accounts.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful — things like which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. It only runs if you choose “Allow” on the cookie banner. If you choose “No thanks,” no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind any time using the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of any page. We don’t use advertising cookies and we don’t sell anyone’s information.
Online orders and payments are processed by Square. When you place an order, your payment and order information is handled by Square under its own privacy policy and security standards — we never see or store your full card details.
Our site is hosted on Netlify, which may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and secure the site. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts load. Links to Instagram and Google are governed by those services’ policies.
Only to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, fulfill orders, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
We keep inquiry and order records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us.
Our site is a general-audience site and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
